Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Associate at our F&B retail outlet. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling sales transactions and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they approach the counter.
2. Assist customers in selecting products, providing information about menu items, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter area and display cases.

5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.

6. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

7. Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

8. Upsell additional products or promotions to increase sales revenue.

9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

10. Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices are a plus.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
