Counter Sales Associate recruitment in Akola - siyaram silk mills ltd - cadini

We are urgently looking for a Counter Sales Associate with our MBO Counter in Chennai & Akola (Maharashtra)location

1. Responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the MBO counter through efficient counter operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention and adherence to company norms.

2. Completes counter operational requirements by ensuring optimum utilization of resources.

3. Planning and forecasting Inventory requirements for the counter and adherence to replenishment schedule.

4. Monitor all point of sales activities in the counter including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates (stock taking),handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.

5. Responsible for counter Profitability


Note: We are preferring male candidate who have working exposure in handling men’s apparels for counter sales
