We are urgently looking for a Counter Sales Associate with our MBO Counter in Chennai location Responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the MBO counter through efficient counter operations, customer service delivery, motivation and retention and adherence to company norms. Completes counter operational requirements by ensuring optimum utilization of resources and manpower.Planning and forecasting Inventory requirements for the counter and adherence to replenishment schedule.Monitor all point of sales activities in the counter including sales transactions, tracking payments, maintaining inventory updates (stock taking),handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback. Responsible for counter Profitability. We are preferring male candidate who have working exposure in handling apparels for counter sales CTC: 13000 PM
