a) Assists in the proper unloading and stacking of items received as per First-in-First-out (FIFO) system and ensure that all aspects of product presentation are maintained (name tags, counter hygiene, etc).
b) Ensure that Has To Go List is made daily.
c) Ensures proper utilization of store items especially disposables’ and strives to keep wastage to the minimum.
d) Assists Store Manager in taking the Inventory.
e) Attends briefings and suggests corrective actions wherever possible.
f) Serves, heats, packs and delivers food items to the Customers as per the Service Guidelines.
g) Ensure that his / her daily attendance is duly recorded in the Daily Attendance Sheet.
CASHIER JOB.
a) Generate/prepare the bills and collect corresponding cash from Customers.
b) Ensure that credit cards are accepted duly considering their validity and Signature.
c) Ensure that all handbills prepared are properly accounted for.
d) Send sales collections together with relevant charge-slips, various discount coupons, etc. on a daily basis to the UNIT.
HYGIENE & MAINTENANCE
a) Ensures high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and general upkeep to maintain the working area is spotlessly clean at all times.
b) Ensure proper handling and operation of equipment.
c) Promptly reports malfunctions and other observations made during work about equipment and machinery to the Store Manager and in his / her absence records such malfunctions in the maintenance logbook.
