We are looking for an experienced marketing and sales manager for our flagship store and also for all our outlets. The successful candidate will be tasked with researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing new sales plans. You will be expected to manage both sales and marketing staff. Roles and responsibilities:1. Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales annual goals.2. Develop and implement the field sales action plan and advertising to accomplish the goal3. Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve sales and marketing goals.4. Identify different consumer requirements.5. Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities.6. Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
