 Content Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct Research

When creating content, content specialists conduct research to enhance their content. This may also include identifying relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources to generate information.

Write and Edit Content

After researching, content specialists write content. They maintain an appropriate tone in their writing, adhering to their employer’s style guide. When editing, content specialists check for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style.

Create Content Strategies & developing content

Content specialists identify the aims of their company, seeking to create content that is in line with their employer’s goals. They target content to specific audiences and look for content that is in demand. This may involve conducting market research or employing content strategies.

Maintain Editorial Calendars

Content specialists adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring that quotas are met. They maintain the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process.

Coordinate with Writers and Designers

Working with writers and designers, content specialists ensure that their work meets company standards. They regularly communicate with writers and content designers to develop content and ensure that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

1. Craft Content strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, events, infotainment entertainment segments, Communications and Creative
2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the content creation department
3. Set, monitor and report on team content goals
4. content Design branding, Branding scaling , positioning , Target market & content strategy and content pricing strategies
5. Ensure our all brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
6. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
7. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
8. Craft quarterly and annual marketing brief plans
9. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
10. Content Coordinate to boost sales and marketing efforts to boost vertical , service awareness
11. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company content objectives
12. Monitoring content competitions , content pricing completions in market , Market breakeven points as per POV of content
13. content lead & control generations.
14. Create strong systematic market postion , by crafting cunning marketing aggressive policies.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience prooven experience
• 4-6+ years' in Raw , brand , cooperate , service , , creative , content ,company & digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & very presentable
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills
