Position Title: Creative Designer

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce creative concepts, designs, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and branding guidelines.

- Translate brand strategy into impactful and engaging visual designs.

- Maintain consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all projects and platforms.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

- Prepare and present design drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final designs.

- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure high-quality production and implementation of designs.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw(Beginner) and other relevant design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design solutions.

- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design is a plus.
