About the job

We are looking for a creative designer to design websites, newsletters, and banners for our US and Europe customers. The designer will be responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. The designer also needs to have a working understanding of fonts, colors, designs, and elements to enhance the brand's strength through the interface of a product.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create stunning designs with appealing storyboards
2. Create attractive weekly mailers for existing customers
3. Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
4. Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to management
5. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
6. Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on users' ease of use

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. A degree in arts and design will be preferred

3. Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

5. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome

6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently

7. Professional written and interpersonal skills

8. Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology

9. Experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot using HTML and CSS will be preferred
