Experience and expertise in any/some/all of the following: Creative -Direction, Brand Strategy, Positioning, Identity Development, Corporate Communications, Advertising, Environmental Design, Technology Development and Web/Interactive Design
1-2 years of industry experience in a well established, creative role with a proven track record of success in an agency experience
Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers
Strong knowledge and interest in emerging technologies
Candidates must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
Proven exceptional creative thinking and design execution
Ability to mentor and lead a team of creatives
Client-facing pitching and presentation skills
Efficient, effective internal and external communication skills
Must possess a deep understanding in related creative tracks: design, interactive development, copywriting and content strategy
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
To design and drive social media campaigns for clients
Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
Lead and direct the creative staff in the production of all campaign elements
Ensure visual communication standards are met
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
