At Josh Talks, we work with various enterprises and organisations across the country. We strategize and implement public policy, CSR and brand programs by leveraging our assets such as video production, brand positioning, community building and content distribution. We also work with communications offices of International Organizations such as UNDP and ILO.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced creative professional who is hands on to help grow and lead end to end creative strategy and service for our partner video campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

• Taking creative briefs from partners and converting them into executable video campaigns.
• Writing creative strategy briefs that establish the creative backbone of the campaigns, and effectively pitching them to partners to generate the best concepts for them
• Extracting insights from partners and steering the creative process from beginning through to execution
• Translating partner’s marketing requirements into video campaigns that are easily understandable by target audience
• Working closely with the script writers to convert approved briefs into impactful scripts, ready to be shot
• Working closely with the in house creative team and ensuring smooth and effective workflow and timely delivery of projects
• Budgeting the video campaigns and holding accountability to get the shoots executed within agreed budgets
• Attending partner meetings and managing creative relationships
• Creating and maintaining a network of creative collaborators such as writers, directors and cinematographers across the country to execute shoots in remote areas.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of applicable experience in a creative/video production agency
• Copywriting experience desirable
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills
• Passionate and curious about storytelling, technology, and content
• Have key, demonstrable experience leading and driving video campaigns for notable brands
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results, in a high pressure environment
