Job Description
1st Party US Credit Card Collection Process (VOICE):
- Freshers/ 6 months experience in International BPO can apply.
- Qualification: SSC/HSC/Graduates.
- Candidates should be excellent in Verbal English Communication which is Mandatory.
- Max Age: 30 years. Shift timing: 5:30pm to 10:30am (any 9 hours).
- 1 way cab facility.
- Salary: 18K to 25K net in hand depending on Comm skills and Ops Interview.
- WFO and the location is Bhyander (W), Mumbai.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Focus on Customer Service Driven Collections Efforts.
- Mission is to streamline, automate and maximize the collection process.
- Individual should work with customers to collect their outstanding debts to an organization.
- Your duties include organizing and keeping track of customer’s outstanding debt accounts, contacting debtors to learn more about their payment status and negotiating payments and payment plans with customers.
