Analyse Financial Statements of Large International Corporates and prepare Credit Proposals in line with Lending Guidelines and in accordance with Renewal timelines
Prepare Credit Proposals for the transactions being targeted
Identify, Highlight and Analyse Key/Material Risks in order for Credit & Senior Management to take informed decisions on the Appetite for the Corporate
Ability to observe Industry Trends and articulate its Impact on the Corporate Borrower
Ensure exposures and other monitoring parameters are strictly adhered with gaps monitored on a time basis
Ensure KYC is valid for the portfolio assigned
Attend to the Clients enquiries and coordinate with various Service Departments to ensure resolution in a timely manner
Liaise regularly with various departments (e.g. FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops…etc) within the bank and entertaining requests and enquiries pertaining to transactions and/ or documentation.
Ensuring all documentation is up to standard and up to date and ensuring that MER issues are kept to a minimum.
Attend the Clients enquiries and coordinate with various Service Departments to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
Assist in preparing industry studies and data collection pertaining to clients’ portfolio within the unit.
Maintain close working relationship with clients to ensure in-depth understanding
