JOB ROLE: The role is based out of Bangalore and the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to the lending and credit operations of the company. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Credit Operations Executive for Personal Loans. As a Credit Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end credit operations process for personal loans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of loan disbursements, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for analyzing and assessing credit risks, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout the borrower life cycle.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications
Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for personal loan or business loans
Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria
Follow up with clients to clarify important points
Review and evaluate loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation.
Assess creditworthiness of applicants and determine loan eligibility.
Analyze credit risk and make recommendations on loan approvals and rejections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the loan disbursement process and ensure timely delivery of funds.
Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely repayments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of loan transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and resolve any queries or issues.

DESIRED SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of commerce, and lending industry. 1-3 years of relevant experience in NBFC operations or Lending operations is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations of lending
Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English.
