Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on credit application verification (required to check the EMI obligation, and payment status, and update the system)
2. Work on following up with the accounts where payments are outstanding (required to call from office allocated numbers to designated customer contacts)
3. Work on sending email and SMS notifications to customers for payments overdue
4. Understand how to verify customer KYC, credit bureau records, and other information
5. Understand how to use a lead management system
6. Work on daily and weekly MIS, prepare MIS as per the organisation's reporting requirements
