About the role:· Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
· Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
· Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
· Plan and manage Welcome Email, calls, escalations, handover/possession etc.
· Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
· Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates
· Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
· Maintain sound customer relations, interact with customers to handle enquiries and complaints, process orders, prepare reports and receive visitors.
Qualifications:
· Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
· Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude· Graduate, MBA or PG in relevant field with 2-5 years of experience
