CRM Facilitator for National Institute of Safety & Services (NIASS) on Consultant basis

Eligibility: Pilot having aviation experience including sufficient experience as Instructor in Aviation Safety related trainings. Experience as CRM, Specific Ground Training under DGCA approval desirable.

Job Responsibilities: Selected candidate will be responsible for conducting CRM, DGR Awareness, Specific Ground Training, Human Factor Training, SMS Training, Accident Prevent & Investigation Training, Monsoon Flying Hazard Training etc and other Safety Duties like Revision of Safety/Training Manuals.

Senior Consultant

Individuals who have retired at the level of E-7 and above from a schedule CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than twenty years including minimum experience of three years at Top / Senior Management Level (DPE grades E-7 / E-8 or its equivalent CTC level)

Consultant

Individuals who have retired at the level of E-5 or E-6 from a CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than sixteen years including minimum experience of three years at Middle Management Level (DPE grades E-5 / E-6 or its equivalent CTC level)

Age Limit: The age of individual should not be more than 63 years at the time of engagement. However depending upon the expertise and proficiency of the individual in a particular field, maximum age may be relaxed upto 65 years at the time of engagement for appointment as a Consultant.
