Job Description

3+ years CRM functional consultant

‘Deal cloud’-Tool

Sales product/tool management

Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations

Create estimates for implementation tasks

Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing

Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery

Process analysis

Quality Assurance & Documentation

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills

Solves complex problems with creative solutions
