We are looking for Female Freshers to be part of our CRM team!

Our CRM team is responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships and working closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff maintains relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

The person will be responsible for all Post Sales activities.

·  Deal with all client queries in a professional and courteous manner, on the telephone or via e-mail within specified TAT.

·  Coordinating with the sales department as and when required to resolve client queries in a timely and effective manner.

·  Payment collection and recovery on time via phone as per the demand letter.

·  Prepare various NOCs, and letters required for the possession process.

·  Send payment receipts & reminders to customers via email / courier.

Desired Candidate:

·  Candidate should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in any field

·   Proactive and go-getter attitude

·   Good communication and interpersonal skills

·   Must have the spirit to work in a team
