Sales and lead generation:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell various loan products (e.g., personal, home, business loans).
Contact customers using scripts and inform them about product details, eligibility, and benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Customer interaction:
Answer customer questions about loan products and the company.
Address customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.
Handle customer objections and guide them through the application process.
Administration and reporting:
Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction data.
Update customer databases and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.
Target achievement:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate references and provide market feedback.
Required qualifications
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in banking/financial products, is often preferred.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication, persuasive, and convincing skills.
Excellent customer service and objection-handling skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
Ability to understand customer needs and build rapport.
Language:
Good command over required local languages, such as English, Hindi, or Marathi, is necessary.
