CSP Studio Ops & amp Audit Associate recruitment in Delhi, Ludhiana, Jaipur - reliance retail ltd

·        Coordinate all activities in the Catalogue Service Provider location (Studio) like shoot sample inward and outward, ensuring shoot standards are met and Turn-around time and scheduling

·        Liaise between Sellers, CSPs, Reliance teams like Catalogue and Cluster Management teams for the above activities

·        Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect status of work completed, pending and in progress and time stamps.

·        CSP metrics Periodic Reporting

·        Audit & Report – Merchandise handling, unpacking, re-packing, storing and periodic stock check 

·        Ensuring priority shoot on timely requirement  

·        Work closely with the Cluster teams to prioritize cataloguing scheduling requests based on need

·        Partner with identified Catalogue Service Provider to Train and assist sellers to provide information on their products in prescribed formats

·        Ensure data is captured in prescribed formats within defined SLAs by extending support to sellers depending on their capabilities
