You will be hired as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be provided with comprehensive training in all the major streams for Customer Service operations
On the outset of your employment, you will be joining as Senior Customer Support Representativewherein you will be introduced to a world in which you are provided with comprehensive training in all the major streams including Customer Service and Operations on each level of your growth.
You would be provided with handsome remuneration with basic salary and performance-based incentives.
Salary Take Home: Rs.18000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month.

Languages: Excellent English, Hindi (Mandatory).

Job Type: Travel help desk (Voice).
Experience : 0 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field of Senior CSR.
Work Timings: Male candidates - Rotational Shifts and Female Candidates- Day shift - 6:00 am to7:00pm (Rotational week offs).
Cab Facility: No Cabs Provided (Shifts are given considering Public transport or Candidate having their own Transport).Week Off: 1 day rotational Off.
Age: 18Years to 34 Years.
Qualification Required:
Any stream Degree or 10 + 2 (PUC) can apply.
Having relevant TravelDesk experience is an added advantage.
