CSR Agents For US Healthcare Voice-Sales Process: US (Fixed night Shift)

No of Candidates Required:- 50+ Candidates

Age Limit:- 18 – 35 ( Not above 35 )

SSC, HSC, Graduates, Fresher & Experienced with sales background is preferred*

Gender:- Males, Females and Transgender

Process Voice:- Sales US Medical Healthcare

About Process:– US Medical Lead Generation process, an effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior personnel skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with queries, complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing business, by handling assigned tasks i.e.  meeting Sales, Customer sales & Productivity.

Good Communications:- Decent Verbal & Written Communication skills: Fluency, Grammar & Neutral Accent (B28 - B29)

Shift timings:- 8 pm to 6 am

Working days:- Mon – Fri ( 5 Days working )

Weekends off:- Sat & Sun Fixed off

Fixed Night:- no rotational

Incentives:- Minimum up to 15,000 (No Capping for Incentives) *UNLIMITED INCENTIVES

Transport Facilities:- Centralized Thane Station Pick & drop (Thane station à Office à Thane station )

Attendance Bonus:- 3,000 (+ 1,000 after 6 Month)

Retention Bonus :- 8,000 (after 1 Year )

Salary slab :- 15,000 – Up to  24,000

Additional benefits:– IJP - Internal Job Posting (Every 6 Months).
