Job Description
1. Assist in creating cost reports, assist in strategizing, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency
2. Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort data for food COGS
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities
4. Undertake detailed analysis and ownership of food COGS
5. Conduct audit calls at kitchens and gather information for red alert areas in food COGS
6. Ensure thorough checks and balances for invoices and notify discrepancies if any
7. Keep track of outbound and inbound movement of stocks and local purchases
