Enfusion has openings for Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Custom Reporting & Implementation Lite process in our Mumbai office. What You’ll Do

• Manage and own the critical early phase of client’s lifecycle by overseeing a team of 8-10 financial professionals who are responsible for Enfusion’s global Implementation and Client Onboarding projects
• Responsible for teams’ quality of work while creating custom suite of Position, Trade, Risk, Compliance and Accounting reporting requirements and other set up related projects for our hedge fund clients
• Work with Implementation managers in APAC, EMEA & Americas region to understand client requirements while ensuring consistency and quality in projects assigned.
• Responsible for communicating progress, status and issues to the Global Client Onboarding head and all internal regional stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Serve as an escalation point for client’s onboarding issues and communicate with tact and authority.
• Follow the standard processes and best practices to bring clients onboard in the stipulated timeframe thereby achieving team objectives.
• Identify significant gaps or quality issues in current onboarding processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain a high level of process quality, accuracy and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Direct, motivate and develop team members, thereby maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
  
  

Who We Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in Middle Office support role at a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker or Fund Administrator
• Financial domain knowledge: Foreign Exchange (FX),NDFs, Derivatives (Interest Rates Swaps/Credit Default Swaps),Equities, Fixed Income and Options.
• Javascript and Jenkins experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
