Job Description

Position Title Customer Account Specialist 
Position Summary 
Acting as single point of contact to Internal External Customers by handling the Order Management from Order to Delivery and Claims thereby improving the customer service level Be the prime contact for order related activities for customers in India Middle East Africa
 To provide best in class service to customers 
Managing Orders Delivery schedules Review Open orders communicate proactively with all the stake holders 
Accountability ownership for the On Time Delivery Process in a time bound manner
Adhering to SOPS working on the open issues and reports
Handling the Claims Extending Support to Audit Teams
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone email letter and face to face Handling India Middle east Africa Customers LIAM1 Additional Details
