Job Description

Looking for Customer Attender for our Petrol bunk at JP Nagar, Bangalore. For Part time or full time - Day and Night. Food and accommodation provided.

Duties:

Operate the fuel pumps and assist customers with self-service pumps, ensuring a safe and efficient refueling process.

Process transactions for fuel, convenience store items, and other services, handling cash and card payments accurately.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the gas station premises, including the pumps, restrooms, and store area, to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Check and replenish fluid levels and tire pressure for customer vehicles upon request, providing basic automotive care.

Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in the convenience store section, ensuring products are neatly organized and easily accessible.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of fuel, convenience store items, and automotive supplies, placing orders or notifying management when supplies are low.

Provide customers with directions, local information, and recommendations for automotive repair services when asked.

Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, including spills or accidents at the pump area, and report any incidents according to established safety protocols.
