Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Booking Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their bookings, providing information about our stays, and ensuring a seamless reservation process. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to customer inquiries and booking requests through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Assist customers in selecting the appropriate stay based on their preferences and requirements.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our stays, including availability, pricing, amenities, and policies.

Guide customers through the reservation process, ensuring all necessary details are collected and entered correctly.

Manage and update the reservation system to record bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.

Process payments and provide customers with confirmation of their reservations.

Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for effective resolutions.
