Shift Timings: 24/7 Environment , 5 days working
CTC: 20.5K(15k in hand)+incentives
Job Responsibility:-
Its a international backend process related to email and chat support.
Freshers can also apply , pursuing graduation can also be Considered
Interview will be conducted from Noida office. Typing Speed test will be conducted from Noida office.

Responsibilities may include:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
