Job Description: Customer Care Executive - Banking Sector
Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our esteemed banking organization as Customer Care Executive - Banking Sector. The role involves providing exceptional customer support and assistance to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. We have openings for both freshers and experienced candidates with a proficiency in Hindi and English. Freshers will be offered a starting CTC of 3 LPA.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum graduation in any discipline. A background in finance, commerce, or banking will be an added advantage .
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their banking experience.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business requirements Experience (For Experienced Candidates): Prior experience in the banking sector or relevant customer service roles will be preferred.
Compensation:
Freshers: Starting CTC of 3LPA
Age : Below 28Years
Experienced: Based on their previous CTC + Hike and performance during the selection process.
