Position: Customer Care Executive - Business Partner support
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Interview timings: 9AM - 6PM
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
- Shift hours total 9 hours with 1 hour break; log in time 8 hours
- 6 days working with one rotational off( No Night Shifts)
Basic Requirement :- Experience : 0 to 2 years in Customer Care Executive field
- Should be comfortable with outbound (calls are to be made in order to generate sales or may be to collect dues),Inbound ( inbound processes you'll be handling calls that customer or prospects make)
- Handling calls, Might also have to send emails, or to give chat support, may have send to fax etc.
- Job Location – Bangalore - Madiwala
- Good Communication skill, Listening Skills,
- Ability to solve the customer's queries quickly
- Average Computer Skills
- Should be proactive and with customer service approach
Education: - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
