• Customer Support

• Remotely resolving the issues.
  
• Should have good knowledge in Windows and basic knowledge
  
• Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues

• Flexible to work in Rotational Shift
  
• Basic knowledge of computers, internet & Ecommerce
  
• Good command over English Language
  
• Should possess good analytical skills detail oriented
  
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  
• Experience in handling priority one escalations/incidents
