JD for Customer Care Executive for voice process (Banking)
Salary grid: 16,906 CTC /PM take home: 14,451 P/M
Attractive incentives based on performance
Qualification: 12th Completion mandatory
Languages: English + 1 South language is mandatory (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam)
6 days working /training with 1 rotational week off
Gender: M/F applicable.
General Shift : 10am to 7pm.
Experience: Freshers/Experience.
Age limit: 18-29.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.

Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email, live chat and sms.

Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.

Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.

Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.
