We
are looking for a Customer Care executive for a call center international BPO
that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential
customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for
effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer
satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:-
-Candidate should be able to handle the inbound and outbound calls
- Candidate should be fluent in English
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Working days: Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
Education:- 10+2(Any education)
Experience :- Freshers & Non-freshers can apply
Location:- Surat
