Appended below are the basic details with  reference to above position:

• Person should be excellent in written & verbal English and Telgu.
  
• Above 18 years of age.
  
• Should be willing to coordinate with customers over the email/Chat/Phone.
  
• Should be willing to work 6 days in a week.
  
• Should be okay with roster week offs.
  
• Working Hours – 9 hrs/day (including 1 hour break).
  

• Fresher or Minimum 6 Months of experience in Customer support on calls & email process.
  
• Qualification - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate/Undergraduate.
  

• Provide solution to customer queries via emails and Chat. 
  
• Monitor and enhance  process adherence, customer satisfaction. Assist Customer over the chat to understand the exact concern and providing the best possible resolution.
