We are looking for a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. It is an entry-level role suitable for freshers.

• International voice/non-voice process
• Location: Mohali/Chandigarh(Work from office)
• Rotational shift(major evening and night)
• Salary: 18k-36k ctc, depends on your skillset
• Cabs available.
• 5 days working

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and candidates
• Provide information and assistance regarding recruitment processes, job opportunities, and candidate profiles
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address client and candidate needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company services
• Provide support to other departments as needed
