Good knowledge in Customer Service.
Candidates should be fluent in Telugu and English
Willing to learn and ready to adopt for the new environment
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper solutions
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Process orders, forms and applications
Have to call customers and explain about the product or service of the client and convert them to qualified leads with your marketing skills.
Helping customers/callers with our product related queries
In case there are any issues, escalate the same to the higher officials.
Create reports on the work is done and submit it to the team lead/manager.
Knowledge of any other South Indian language will be an added advantage
