We have opening for Customer Care Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Handle customers and vendor requests, external communication with them.
· Assist customer on their enquiries over telephone.
· Develops, justifies and successfully executes strategic operating plans.
· Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them accordingly to defined priority & severity levels.
· Provide internal and external customers with guidance, advise on product usage, solutions and optimization.
· Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
· Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
Additional Qualification
· Must have good English, Tamil and Malayalam knowledge. Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory.
· Day shift Timing 8 AM TO 9 PM rotational week off
. Salary 9K to 11K Fixed
