Languages: Must be able to speak any one of the below languages Fluently (Tamil, English - Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada )

Salary: Rs.10,000 to 17000/- (Not a Constrain for Right Candidates) Excellent Incentive Structure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming and Outgoing calls
  • Specialist in Voie process (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Should be aggressive in handling the multiple customers
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
