Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, provide correct information about products and services, take orders and register customer complaints.
  • To call prospective customers for fixing appointments and transaction-related matters.
  • Maintain database of call records, customer interactions, inquiries, leads, complaints, comments and follow up on the action taken.
  • Send product quotes to customers in coordination with the sales team
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and payment collections
  • Follow up with the service team for timely resolution of customer complaints
  • Escalate unresolved customer complaints and other issues to the higher ups.
  • Build good relationships and trust with customers through polite, open and transparent communication
  • Follow the set protocols, communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Submit periodical MIS with details that would help improve the customer experience.

Desired Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to respond and handle tough customers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
