Job Description

1Digitalstack an AI-enabled SaaS Company is looking for a Customer Care Executive. This is a position for a specific brand i.e. Lotus Herbals.
The tasks would be -

customer calling
resolving customer queries
Responsible for all customer-related queries and answering to customer on whatsapp/email and chatbots.
Prompt resolution of all customer queries
Be a versatile team player in a fast-paced, high-energy and dynamic environment

This position is to be based out of Lotus office in Ghittorni.
Qualification

Should have good communication skills
Must have minimum 2 yrs of experience as a customer care executive
A proactive problem solver with good listening skills
Understanding and empathetic towards customers
