  • We have urgent hiring for Customer Support.
  • Salary: Open for Negotiation
  • Position: 4
  • Experience: 0 to 1
  • Location: Karol Bagh
  • Freshers can also Apply.
Tele sales/ Tele caller JD.
  • Any Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Telecalling for Delhi Location.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi with a loud and clear voice.
  • Perform regular follow-ups & updates to clients.
  • Make customer understand the product and services provided by the organization.
  • Should be able to maintain records of customer details, send invites & e-mails/phones.
  • Conversion of a customer from potential customer to permanent customer.
  • Undertake cold calling, ensuring that the number of calls meets call targets.
  • Able to close sale calls & convert leads into business.
  • Should provide a daily report to the team leader.
  • Should be computer savy.
