We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher Customer Care Executives to work for the UK voice process to contribute to Converting Leads.
You will be responsible for closing Lead deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Inbound/outbound calls as per business expectations for the Customer service/sales team
Ensure complete and correct information is transferred to the customer on every call.
Meet call quality above 80% Adherence to process & scripts.
Should handle the customers confidently and assertively.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all the calls handled.
Should be fine with UK Shift as per the process requirement.
Ensure maximum login hours are met.
Meet the basic process metrics management like Dial-out, ACHT, Connects, and Leads per day, conversion rate, Call quality scores, Product test scores. etc as defined for his level.
Reporting basic escalation to Team Leader.
