Handle Inbound and Outbound calls professionally.
Addressing Customer Enquiries, and complaints.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve performance targets.
Stay updated with Product Knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to the customers.
Resolve issues promptly.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 0 to 2 years of International Voice Experience
Should be comfortable with Night Shift and Rotational 2 weekly offs.
UG/Grad both can apply.
Excellent Communication Skills is mandatory
Max Age 35
Must be a resident of Gurugram, Noida or Delhi only.
No out station Candidates.
No Relocation.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
