Job Responsibilities:-• Responsible for the marketing function, marketing strategy, planning, driving marketing ROI, and ensuring brand compliance. • Lead team of people (SEO, SEM, Website, Content, Brand, Email Marketing, Automation, Lead Management, Communication & Design, Campaign Management & Revenue),• Performance Marketing: Ensuring optimal budget utilization across campaigns- SEM, Social ads, Affiliates. • Strategic Alliances: Single-handedly building partnerships across industries. New Digital Asset Launches & Strategic Partnerships with different verticals identifying trends• Asset Management: Driving the growth of Website, Mobile app Social Profiles to acquire, engage, and retain users along with Product teams through New services, SEO, ASO, UI/UX interventions, content marketing.• Product Marketing: Managing customer journeys and broadcast campaigns through Smartech, Clevertap, Zoho across channels (email, SMS, notification, call center, website, app). Heading the Product Marketing Team with a focus on Product Management, Organic Growth & Paid User Acquisition via different digital properties.• Brand Awareness: Enabling brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns, marketing communication development, 360-degree media planning, and driving customer acquisition program.• Managing all webs, SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail, social media, and display advertising campaigns Reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing the same against goals (ROI and KPIs).• Monitoring market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers’ meeting with key clients; designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.• Analytics: Digital analytics – Google analytics, all social media analytics, website, email marketing, SMS Campaigns, evaluations & recommendations to better-efficienciesDesired Candidate Profile:- 1 Experience: 12-18+ years in BFSI/NBFC (Banking & Broking) in Digital Marketing, Performance Mgmt and Corporate Communication.2 Relevant years of experience in driving acquisitions and marketing strategy in the digital domain.3 Have Managed the Entire Digital Marketing of a Reputed Organization.
