Requirement:
  • Fluent in Kannada/English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Punjabi/Gujarati/ /Assammese/Oriya/ Bengali/Marwari/Sindhi
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Should manage both inbound and outbound 
  • Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Should be flexible to work in any shift.
