Primary purpose of the role
We are looking for a skilled candidate like you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a health start up.We need an enthusiastic individual with good managing skills, independent, a team worker, co operative by nature who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The candidate will be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Answering incoming customer calls, service questions and general client concerns.Outgoing customer calls for feedback and motivation.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Required Skills
Should have proficiency in English and Hindi.Should be a Computer Savvy with effective communication skills.Should have the ability to remain professional, patient and an active listener on calls with customers at all times.Should be creative and dependable.Should be quick thinker and effective time manager.
You should own laptop/desktop and smart phone(4G) with good WIFI connection
