Job summary:

Opening for Customer Care Executive, FEMALE Candidate ONLY, with Our Company-MSC Fincorp India, located at Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive

Communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.

Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Additional Info:

 Fixed CTC (10k to 15k + incentives)

Job Location- Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana

Edu - Graduation/SSC/12th qualified,

6 days a week and the week-off will be on weekdays.

Salary: ₹10,000.00- ₹15,000.00 per month
