  • Job Location:-Gurgaon.
  • We are hiring in multiple profiles (Customer Service/Sales Representative/Team Lead and Manager level) for Domestic Campaigns across Delhi NCR.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hindi/English.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, Lead, Appointment fixing. 
  • Able to understand customers requirements.
  • Should be able to work and co-ordinate in a Team.Prior BPO/Calling/Sales experience will be added on advantage.
  • Make Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer.
  • Fixed general shift timing.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should have worked in Inbound, Outbound, Customer service or Voice Process.
  • Sound knowledge of MS-office.10+2, Diploma, BA, B.Sc. or any equivalent bachelor degree. 
  • 1-6 years in Customer Support/Services and Sales.
  • Freshers can also apply with good communication skills.
