- Manage and asses the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.
Required skills:
- MUST HAVE excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Typing speed more than 30 - 40 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Comfortable working with UK shifts
- Excellent Versant score (Online Communication Test)
- English comprehension capability with 75% clarity
