Job Summary
The Candidate will be interacting with our Existing & New Clients through various modes of communication for getting leads for our business.
The Candidate needs to have Proficiency in English, Excellent Communication Skills with some knowledge of Customer Care Executive.
Responsibilities and Duties
Planning & implementing sales & marketing pitches for new clients
2. Generating leads and getting new clients
3. Handling existing clients and engaging in day-to-day communications with the clients
4. Coordinating with internal operations and technology teams to resolve matters at the earliest
5. Taking care of clients queries and grievances received through help tickets.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skill(s): MS-Word, MS-Excel, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
Education: Graduate
Experience: (0-1 Year) Experience in Client Service, Freshers can also apply, Customer care or similar roles, Computer knowledge with MS Office, Knowledge of E-Mail Communication, Females Candidates Preferred.
